This is a question for my assignment in university. I don’t know what to choose. Help!!

I must find a system that will be used to acquire images from existing photographs and documents and also be able to connect to a digital camera to obtain new images. The system will perform simple image manipulation and produce high quality printouts of work as well as cheap draft copies. This system will; be used as the basis of a digital image library for the company.

I have resized a lot of windows in Windows Explorer. Now I need to reset all windows sizes to their default values. And not only Windows Explorer windows, but all the windows systemwide, like Firefox downloads window size and everything else.

Basically every time I turn my laptop on, it goes straight to the system recovery options. I’ve run Startup Repair and Windows Memory Diagnostics Tool, and ran a few tests and it said there’s nothing wrong with my laptop.

I’ve shut it down and restarted it a few times but it still goes straight to the system recovery options instead of the logging-in page.

Any idea what’s wrong with it? Or how I can avoid the system recovery options and go straight to the login bit?

Btw I use Vista >.<

I have a Compaq Presario desk top computer. I need to perform a system recovery, not a system restore. I need to return it to the “out of box” state. Is the windows recovery information on the desktop? I recently did a recovery on my laptop and did not need a windows 7 disk. Is it built in??
Those are my two question. How to start recovery and is the back up disk on the hard drive of the Compaq Presario.
