how do i disable recovery and go into safe mode?
the antivirus finds the trojan but the thing is it finds it every time i restore the computer! Once i delete it isn’t it supposed to be gone forever?

Many popups claiming my system in infected come up. Also a popup at the bottom of the screen says the system has viruses. I go to my startup and there are no options for my computer.
