I was thinking of getting a netbook but I noticed most of them come with windows starter. I’ve hear rumor the windows starter is like a trial and you can’t change wallpapers and you have to buy windows home premium. If I already have a windows desktop pc with home premium on it can I somehow burn windows 7 onto disk and install it onto the netbook. The reason I ask is because my windows 7 desktop never came with a windows 7 disk. I don’t want to pay extra for windows 7 when I already have it on my desktop pc.

And how do we make this permanent, despite changes made on the window sizes upon shutdown of the computer?

When I take it to school, it tells me it isn’t compatable with windows live movie maker because they run windows 7. I guess these are two different programs so is there any way to convert my windows movie maker to a windows live movie maker?

I remember doing it before, on reboot i pressed one of the F keys which took me to the System Restore screen. I cant remember which key i pressed, and i have tried several of them but still can find the right one. Any other way to run a system restore?
