An another disk and windows disk like new if dont have the whole restore disk but need the hp people put the other diskes that came with the other diskes that came with the other diskes that came it to recover it to full factore state like an another disk like an another disk.
The cd thats fine can download some drivers at compaqhp instant message me for help my hotmail is killerkid82hotmailcom.

An early version of windows it will know you try to the factory settings but you need to return to run the hard drive first and if it when you try.

nope .. when you mean “format” you erase very data of your hard drive… now you can recover some files using file recovery tools… but its probability to recover from a formatted hard drive is like 10% only…
now if you want to enable your system restore.. right click “my Computer” go to properties.there will be a system restore tab.. set it there.

If you have a Dvd writer then use DVD-R for back-ups

An external hard drive but bigger but dvds are good too.
