Will a clean install of Windows 7 affect my Vista recovery partition?
February 3rd, 2010 | by admin | << News Software >>Ishy asked:
I want to upgrade my Dell Inspiron desktop from Vista to 7. Its getting quite sluggish and its got a lot of stuff I no longer need; so I have backed up what I need and plan to a clean install. However, will this affect my the factory recovery partiton (D:) should I want to install drivers or (heaven forbid) reinstall Vista?

There is no option to make recovery discs, so this is pretty much my only option.
Thanks.
