How come whenever i do system recovery i get a trogan?

Every time i do a system restore or even a system recovery i keep regaining a trojan. Is this bad? Are there good trojans?
how do i disable recovery and go into safe mode?
the antivirus finds the trojan but the thing is it finds it every time i restore the computer! Once i delete it isn’t it supposed to be gone forever?

The only way to get rid of it is disabled restart the pc in safe mode and do your virus scans once you reactivate system recovery historically speaking all trojans are bad.
